Last week, I found an article by Mark Manson. Its on the four stages of life and the goals to achieve in each goal. I noticed his methods on life is how I feel about life. I like this article due to how the way each stage is process to a certain age and the success of a person wants to thrive for. I think my peers would like this article and others made by Mark Manson. He's a straight talker; a person who will tell it how it is. His enthusiasm is what makes him stand out and I thank him for writing a beautiful peace. I suggest you read some of Mark Manson's articles on markmanson.net

"Try to look at your weakness and convert it into your strength. That's success." — Zig Ziglar
This quote means that you must look at your obstacles as life long goals that you will achieve. When they see a celebrity or an athlete, they see the star, the championships, the millions. What they don't see is the hard work, the struggle, the sacrifice, and more. Some people doesn't the big picture, they only see part of the picture. Therefore, success is an iceberg. Tracy's philosophy is that in order to have success, you need to put in the work. That's the philosophy I used for life. It has driven me to getting good grades, successful in sports, and a good chance into getting into college. This is what drives me to be a good person and keeps me intact.
John Maxwell's philosophy on success is finding what are you meant to do in life. I believe that my meant to live is to become a professional baseball player. My drive, my poise, and my passion is leading to pursuing baseball as a career. I know that it takes more than just believing but hard work, determination and timing.
This article is helpful to the people at Lake Shore who have anger issues. They get furious over minor things and I leads to outbreaks, disturbing class, being rude and disobedient. I believe this article could help them with their problems.

I understand that we were only suppose to pick three. Unfortunately, three isn't enough for me. poise- you can't fight yourself. You need to be strong-minded. Self-Control-know the difference between right and wrong. Competitive Greatness: Always be at the top of your game. Confidence: believe in yourself Skill: know your abilities Fight: have the "dog" in you "Success depends less on strength of body than upon strength of mind and character." — Arnold Palmer
This quote means that your physically doesn't mean anything unless your mind is strong. In baseball, you can be a great hitter by FAILING 7 out of 10. You can go into a slump and you feeling down about yourself. You must be strong-willed so you can able to get past an obstacle. My favorite memory from summer vacation was the baseball tournaments I had across Michigan. They were against highly elite baseball teams located in Michigan. My family usually does some type of vacation. This year me and my father went to Champaign, Illinois to visit the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
